Dr. Michelle Walker-Davis is the Senior Advisor with the Roberts Innovation Group (RIG), where she spearheads the collaboration with 55 Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Her role extends to managing funding initiatives and pursuing grants and government contracts on behalf of RIG.

In addition, Dr. she is a Founding Board Member of the Black Business Legacy Hall of Fame Museum and Metaverse, Founder of the Affinity Group Board for Syracuse University, African American Studies Department, and Managing Partner for 2 Endowed Funds for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Iota Upsilon Chapter Alumnae at Syracuse University.
